Dear Community Members, In an overabundance of caution and in line with what other organizations are implementing, the SouthWood Residential Community Association (SRCA) office will close at 12pm today. We will be closed until further notice. However, business will continue as much as usual. Here is what you need to know:
Staff members will work remotely to ensure that you are being taken care of as much as possible with any questions or concerns you may have. All incoming calls are being routed to remote SRCA staff. Residents are strongly encouraged to email SRCA staff members directly. Contact information can be found below.
If you are a townhome owner and have an exterior maintenance issue, please email David Walker.
We understand that these are difficult times. Collection fees and past due notices during the month of March and April will be suspended. Assessments for the 2nd quarter are due by April 1st. Any HOA dues can be placed into the drop box outside of the office door as it will continue to be checked daily. We encourage residents to sign up for direct debit or you can pay your bill online here. If you have difficulty with paying your Q2 assessment, please email Laura Secreast. We are happy to work with you.
